Vellore Maavattam: Regular cop film with a difference...
Movie: Vellore Maavattam Rating: 3.5/5 I have been watching cop films since a very early age and I have loved watching them. In almost every cop film, the hero does lots of romance, action, drama and everything we have seen. But I never mind whether in how many films I am seeing this thin, since I love watching these kind of movies always. Coming to the point, Vellore Maavattam is one of those films. This is actor Nandha's first movie I have seen. He is superb in the action scenes, drama scenes and in the entire film. The best thing is that there is no single dull moment throughout the entire film. Besides, the film's pace is quite well in comparison to others. The film becomes unpredictable and entertaining scene by scene. The fights are very good. The climax twist is really good. Santhanam's comedy is good, especially the first one. The film's flow is never hampered by abrupt songs and they come only when required. Also, there are no disturbing scenes at all. On the whole, Vellore Maavattam is an enjoyable, nice movie that can be watched for the small, but not the smallest difference it makes as a cop film. Good to watch.
